Clarivate Analytics is the company that operates the Web of Science citation database and publishes the annual Journal Citation Reports (JCR), which contain the official Journal Impact Factor. Clarivate also manages InCites, EndNote, and the Master Journal List. It was formerly part of Thomson Reuters before being spun off in 2016.
