Predatory Journal

A predatory journal is a publication that exploits the open access model by charging APCs while providing little or no legitimate peer review, editorial oversight, or archival services. Warning signs include: unsolicited email invitations, guaranteed acceptance, unrealistically fast review, fake or unverifiable editorial boards, and absence from DOAJ, Scopus, or Web of Science indexes. Use JournalsHub's indexing tracker to verify a journal before submitting.
