Web of Science (WoS), operated by Clarivate Analytics, is one of the two largest citation databases alongside Scopus. It indexes journals across the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), and Arts & Humanities Citation Index (AHCI). Inclusion in WoS is a key quality signal for academic journals.
